Centrix Smart ID Check (NZ)
A Centrix Smart ID check is a popular way to gather identity information about clients and prospects where you can see their New Zealand Driver's Licence or Passport. It verifies a client's/prospect's name, Date of birth, and address up to 4 ways each and delivers a PEP and sanctions check in under a minute. It's robust, fast and cheap. Users find it to be a significantly more convenient way of verifying addresses for both them and their clients than by using documentary evidence. Results are automatically saved against the contact in Connectworks and show against all entities they're involved with if merged.

Centrix Smart ID with Driver Licence (NZ driver licence only) | $5.00 + GST |
Centrix Smart ID with Passport (NZ passport only) | $6.00 + GST |
PEP and Sanctions Check (Global)
A standalone PEP and Sanctions Check should be conducted when using documentary evidence to verify the identity of your clients and prospects. You can do this easily within Connectworks by selecting PEP and Sanctions Check when collecting identity information on a client.
The PEP and Sanctions Check searches against an international record and returns a response within seconds. If the person has a positive result, this is automatically saved against the client and all their associated roles within Connectworks.
If the result is negative, it will appear as follows.
The PEP and Sanctions Check are charged at $2.00 + GST per check. There are no minimum charges.
The PEP and Sanctions Check requires Centrix activation.
