      AML Workflow Internal Commentary

      Allows staff members to communicate regarding a AML workflow

      Firms can now write internal commentary against an active AML Workflow. This allows staff members to add notes relating to the specific workflow in a variety of ways:

      • Adding notes for the person completing the workflow to 1st or 2nd review. e.g. BioVerify check is required for John Smith as they cannot visit the office.
      • The person completing the workflow to 1st or 2nd review can add notes for the reviewer.
      • The Compliance Officer can add notes when completing the workflow. e.g. The Review period is 1 year as the client is High Risk. 

      The notes field is limited in the number of characters, however, if you select the client, the notes are visible in the slide-out

      Once the AML workflow is completed, these notes are saved against the workflow.
