What to do if your Biometric Verification (Bioverify) process is not working

If you have been following the steps to Completing Biometric Identity Verification and are having trouble, here are some steps you can take:

  1. Try completing the process on your mobile data network, instead of wifi.
    1. Sometimes your wifi server can block certain things like camera recordings without you knowing. 
  2. Ensure that your camera permissions are turned on in your settings
    1. This differs from phone to phone, but you will need to make sure that camera permissions are enabled for your selected internet browser on your phone (Chrome, Safari etc)
  3. Try to complete the process on a different device
    1. Send the link to your tablet or friend's phone and try again.
