Bounce email notification (Document Signing)

How to handle when you receive a bounce email notification

When the email bounces for document signing, this is handled slightly differently by the team. When you receive the email from support, it will contain a link that was originally sent to the client, this will allow you to forward the link to the client, they can register with the correct email address.
