How FYI documents look when you have linked a Company or Trust
Once you have linked the entity to FYI, open and navigate to the Documents Tab. Two document tabs will now be available with Local Documents as the default.
Local Documents are all uploaded into Connectworks by the firm or imported from the Companies Office.
FYI Documents tab will only be available when the entity is linked to FYI
Refine Results
Refine results will allow you to search documents from the FYI documents easily.
Tags
All tags from FYI will appear in the list, so you will see tags unrelated to the specific entity you are looking at. For example, Company Records appear in Trusts.
PDF Preview
All PDF documents have the preview option, which can be accessed by clicking on the document's title. This allows the team to preview and download the document within the preview window.
Other document types like WORD and EXCEL are automatically downloaded to your computer.
Download Document
All documents in Connectworks can be downloaded directly from FYI. Select the document and click on the three dots; the download option is available for all documents.
Open in FYI
This option allows users to open a document located in FYI from Connectworks. Select the document, click the three dots, and select "Open in FYI." The document will automatically open in a new tab.
