It's easy to get set up in Connectworks. Simply get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll guide you through the process.
Once we've created your firm account we'll invite a designated member of your staff to access the account as your initial Firm Administrator. This person can then invite other staff to access the account, and start creating profiles for your clients.
When you're first invited to join Connectworks, an email will be sent to the email address recorded against your Connectworks profile, which contains a link to register your Connectworks account. Occasionally this email is filtered as spam, so if you're expecting an invitation that doesn't arrive just check there.
If you follow the link, you will be asked to fill out your name and email address, and create a Connectworks password. It is this email address and password that you will use to log into Connectworks in the future.
Once you've accepted your invitation to join Connectworks, you can log in 24 hours a day, from anywhere in the world with an internet connection, at Connectworks.
